Hot Stamping Machine Equipment
There're several kinds hot stamping machines, manual hot stamping machine, semi-automatic hot stamping machine, automatic hot stamping machine. Hot stamping machine has Up-and-down and platen Stamping Presses type, Cylinder Stamping Presses type and High-speed Rotary Stamping Presses type machine. Most of hot stamping machines work wall paper design hot stamping foil which is without eye mark, other machines are stamping with registed white eye mark(photo cell) which can locate stamping position precisely.
A. Manual Hot Stamping Machine.
This machine is used for hologram hot stamping foil or normal hot stamping foil press on paper card, rubber, photo, wood, leather, plastic, kinds of package of food & cosmetics (1) Hot Stamping Area : 20mm(Length) - 100mm (Width)
(2) Hot Stamping Temperature according to different substrate:
Paper: 85-120 Celsius Soft PVC: 65-80 Celsius
Soft Plastic: 75-85 Celsius Hard Plastic:100-135 Celsius
Leather: 75-85 Celsius 100-135 Celsius

B. Semi Automatic Hot Stamping Machine.
This machine is used for hologram hot stamping foil or normal hot stamping foil press on paper card, rubber, photo, wood, leather, plastic, kinds of package of food & cosmetics

(2)Hot Stamping Temperature: 50-400 Celsius

C. High-speed Rotary Hot Stamping Machine.
This machine is used for hologram hot stamping foil or normal hot stamping foil press on paper, film, etc. It's available for hologram label hologram document production. This machine also can slit paper into small roll after hot stamping.

D. Automatic Hot Stamping Machine with White Photo Cell & Die-cutting Machine.
This machine is used for hologram hot stamping foil or normal hot stamping foil press on paper, film, etc. It's available for hologram label, hologram document production, especially for holograms. This machine will locate stamping postion precisely by trace white photo cell(register eye mark) by sensor. After hologram transfered onto paper precisely , this machine also will die-cut sticker in roll or sheet into customzied shape.
