Dot-matrix 3D and E-beam 3D hologram will get blur when viewing outside. The color and image is not so good as classical hologram which is record from lab.

This hologram is E-beam type 3D hologram. The 3D dice hologram is made of much smaller hologram dots than Dot-matrix system. E-beam system can make even nano size grating dots. There're much more flips than dot-matrix 3D. Both dot-matrix 3D and E-beam 3D hologram will get blur when viewing outside. The color and image is not so good as classical hologram which is record from lab.
